In our senior school, we went snorkeling with the E.M.R program, who taught us how to snorkel. We had to come up with a project to share what we learnt and what our experience was like. 

My group and I created this.

In our literacy contract we had to make a comic strip about what prayer is we. We watched a video and research about this topic.

Camp Reflection

This years camp was awesome. It was held at Rarawa beach campsite. At the camp we went to the Giant Te paki sand dunes, Cape Reinga, and Tapotupotu. When we weren't doing any activities we played Cricket, Bull rush, and we played things in our tents.

Some Highlights of the Camp: 

*Playing Bull rush
*Swimming
*And Kayaking

Major current environmental issues may include climate change, pollution, environmental degradation, and resource depletion etc. The conservation movement lobbies for protection of endangered species and protection of any ecologically valuable natural areas, genetically modified foods and global warming.

Mining is the removal of minerals and metals from earth. Manganese, tantalum, cassiterite, copper, tin, nickel, aluminum ore, iron ore, gold, silver, and diamonds are just some examples of what is mined. Mining is a money making business
