Jacob The Great Paragraph.

Jacob The Great Paragraph.

“Mum!” He yelled again. “Mum can I go to the space camp this weekend?” “It only costs $195 dollars.” Mum said “no”. Jacob replied “please mum?” “Alright” she gave in. “Get ready to go.”

The next day the bus came and he was ready for a once in a lifetime experience. He arrived at the space camp and he was so excited. He ran inside and bumped into another boy. He introduced himself to him and they walked to base camp. They got introduced to their instructor. After that they unpacked their bags and chilled out for the rest of the day, Excited for the next day of camp.

Are All Bullies Big?

Are All Bullies Big?

Not all bullies are big. Bullying is when someone acts purposefully in a mean way. It can be physical and it can be emotional. Bullies bully because they want attention, and think they are cool. Some bullies you can’t see, these are called cyber-bullies. Cyber-bullies are people who bully online.

Experts believe that 75% of children in the United States have been bullied at one point in time. Being bullied sometimes makes the person being bullied bully someone else.

Should Lunchtimes Be Longer.

Should lunchtimes be longer.

Firstly, I think lunchtimes should not be longer because you can get overheated and sun burnt. I also think that when the weather is bad you can get sick. I think lunchtimes should not be longer because they cut into your learning, and you could not get your contracts done. I also think that when you’re running around you get smelly.

Secondly, if you have a long lunchtime you can get hungry during play time. When you're hungry you can lose your energy and in class you don’t focus as well. Lunchtimes should not be longer because people can walk off and you don’t notice they're gone, because the lunchtime is too long. If people are missing it falls on the school's fault.

Thirdly, lunchtimes should not be longer because if you're playing outside you’re learning time is cut short. When your lunchtime is longer there are chances of getting sun stroke. In Summer when it is hot people get bored and tired. Lunchtimes can cause people getting ganged up on ,and if the lunchtime is longer people will get ganged up on for longer.

In conclusion I think Lunchtimes should not be longer because they cut into your learning time, you can get sick and you can get smelly.

Cows Kill More People Than Sharks.

Cows Kill More People Than Sharks.
You've seen "Jaws." You know sharks can be deadly. But in reality, they don't kill very many people each year. There are approximately five deaths caused by sharks annually, while horses kill about 20 people a year and cows kill about 22. Crocodiles gobble up 1,000 people a year. By spreading malaria, mosquitos kill hundreds of thousands more people than sharks do every year. Deer also cause hundreds of deaths, mostly by running out in front of cars.
  1. For every human killed by a shark, 25 million sharks are killed by humans.
  2. Humans are 75 times more likely to drown than be killed by a shark.
  3. The malaria carrying mosquito kills almost one million people a year.

The Cave

The Cave.

I walked into a dark, gloomy, damp cave.Everything was silent apart from the slow drip of water above my head.I walked slowly into the cave.Suddenly I fell into a deep deep hole with no way out.I heard a voice getting closer,it was my friend John.He saw me in the hole.John was trying to think of a way to get me out.He saw some vines hanging from a tree.He worked quickly trying to pull the vines down but he didn’t have the strength. He tried and he tried to pull the vines down but he still couldn't.He looked for another way to get the vines down.He saw a sharp rock and used it to chop the vines. It worked. He was so relieved that it worked. He dragged the vines to the hole.He threw the vines down and I started climbing but there was another problem, a huge brown bear was blocking the path out of the cave! I kept climbing, not aware of the bear.I reached the top and saw the bear.Me and John were thinking of a way out.I thought of trapping the bear in the hole, but how would we?John spotted a berry tree and thought the bear would eat the berries.I moved the tree on the other side of the hole. The bear fell for it.John and I quickly ran out and back home, thinking of the crazy adventure we had.
