The Shy Turkey That Catches Butterflies

Once there was a turkey his name was Gobble. Gobble only liked to eat butterflies so each day he went out and caught a whole lot. But one day the butterfly leader became fed up. “Why is this turkey eating all of my people!?” he said.

The next day Gobble went out for his daily meal. As he was walking out the door a hole S.W.A.T team of butterflies surrounded him. The butterflies Shouted. “Surrender or else!” Gobble answered with... “or else what, you can’t hurt me you're just a bunch of small puny butterflies.” The butterflies said. “Maybe we can’t do anything but Mother Nature can.” What are you talking about. Said Gobble “ We’ve made a deal with mother nature.” “ We’re gonna pay her to get you banished from the meadow .” “What.” Replied Gobble “Yeah that's right you're getting banished from the meadow.” The butterflies said. Gobble replied. “NOOOOOOOOOOO.” “We won’t be seeing you.” One of the butterflies said in a cheeky voice.

Later that day Gobble was sitting in his house thinking about how he could persuade Mother nature not to banish him. “Hmmmm how can I stop Mother Nature from banishing me.” He said to himself. “ Ah got it.” “I can tell her that I should not get banished because I will become homeless.” Gobble fell asleep thinking of what he had planned for tomorrow.
Early the next morning the butterfly S.W.A.T team woke Gobble up. Mother nature accompanied them. “Wake up Gobble we told you this was gonna happen.” the butterflies said. “Ok I’m coming Gobble replied.” As Gobble stumbled out the door Mother Nature was Standing there looking very angry. “Why have you been eating the butterflies.” “I’m sorry your majesty I was only eating them because I had no other food, sorry.” Gobble pleaded “Aww sorry.” “you butterflies are real rascals aren't you trying to get gobble banished, apologise to him.” Mother Nature said “Sorry.” the butterflies replied. “It's alright.” Gobble answered. Gobble scurried back to his bed thinking about how he didn’t have to use his plan.
